Shipping
We ship everywhere in the Continental United States. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before items ship when using the standard shipping option. For faster shipping, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. During the holidays, shipping times may take longer.
We track all orders from the moment they leave the store. If your item doesn't arrive on time, let us know and we will locate it for you.
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $7. Orders $75 or more are eligible for free shipping.
Returns
We gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit. Please return items unused and in the same condition, you received them within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can not accept the return.
It is our absolute goal to ensure you are happy with your Macs & Milli purchase. If for any reason you would like to return any item(s) purchased from www.macsandmilli.com, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Once you’ve initiated your return, please send your merchandise (in original condition with tags attached) back to our store.
Once your items are received, we will process your return for exchange or store credit as requested.
We can not accept returns on the following items as they are FINAL SALE:
- Sale items
- Swimwear
- Accessories
- Toys, Gifts, Books
- Holiday-themed items after the holiday has passed

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please make sure to include your name or order number in the package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please make sure to keep your tracking number in case this happens.
Late or missing returns: Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed.
